Important Info

Hi!
You are doing an excellent job! Mrs. Fougs and I were at an IB training last week and we shared this blog with several IB teachers who were extremely impressed with you guys. Thanks for making us proud!

We intended to have you sign up for your oral presentation this month, but we've decided to postpone it until next semester instead. Yes. You did read that correctly. No 1984 oral presentation in August!

Finish your third and final question response, comment on an other's post, and then enjoy your last few weeks of break. On the first day back, come ready to talk about 1984 and the summer assignment questions. Be sure to bring your book.

Lastly, we will post the book list for next semester before the end of summer so keep checking back!
See you soon!

We're Impressed!

Wow! You guys are doing a stellar job! I so appreciate the original, deep consideration that you've put into your posts, but I have to admit that the comment discussion is my favorite! Keep up the good work, darlings.

Also, the new set of questions is up. Be sure to check your deadlines.

READ!

July 1st, the day we post the first three discussion questions, is quickly approaching! Hopefully all of you have read 1984 or are almost finished. Please remember that only reading Cliff's Notes or skimming over text is a bad idea since you'll have to use this text on your exam papers in the spring. Please read carefully! Making notes will be helpful later.

Please remind your classmates to check in if they haven't!
:)

Thanks,
Mrs. Haag and Mrs. Fougerousse
